Mrs. Betty J. Walters, 90, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Robert Walters.
Born April 17, 1924 in Frederick, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Odie Nusbaum Dinterman.
She is survived by two daughters Barbara Anne Walters of Frederick and Mary Jane Carwithen of New Market, a brother William C. Dinterment of Owings Mills, MD, and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons Robert Walters, Jr., John Walters and Wayne Walters and a sister Charlotte Sheetz.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Friday, January 2, from 1:00 am until service time at 11:00 am with Pastor Helen Smith officiating.
Interment Union Chapel Cemetery, Daysville.
