Betty Lou Miller, 88, of Frederick, MD passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013.
Born January 11, 1925 in Brunswick, MD. She was the daughter of the late Charles Arvin and Viola (Phillips) Arvin.
She was a 1942 graduate of Brunswick High School. She was employed by Applied Communications Company and Leggett’s and was a homemaker. Betty was an avid Orioles fan.
She is survived by three daughters; Linda Lou Rice of Delmar, MD, Sharon Kay Converse and husband Christian, of Annapolis, MD, and Debora Pearl and husband, Dave, of Davidsonville, MD. Seven Grandchildren; Justin Rice, Kristen Moyer, Jasen Converse, Jaclyn Brooke Fairman, Zachary Converse, Crystal Hupp and DJ Pearl. Eight great-grandchildren; Kayla, Skylar, Dawson, Tyler, Noah, Lily Jane, Olive and Caitlyn. Betty is survived by many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her 3 sisters; Marguerite Painter, Fran Hamilton and Truda Webber. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Charles (Bud) Arvin and Warren (Pete) Arvin and 2 sisters; Helen Dailey and Gloria Hinckle.
Per Betty’s wishes, there will be no viewing. There will be a private gravesite service in Charles Town, West Virginia.
