Mrs. Betty Norene Connelly, 83 of Braddock Heights, MD., died Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at Vindobona Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Connelly.
Born May 29, 1927 in Olney, MD, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Pearl Isabelle Franklin.
Mrs. Connelly loved spending time with her family and enjoyed country music.
She is survived by a daughter Kathleen Connelly of Brunswick, three grandchildren Larry Connelly and wife Tracey of Frederick, William Rhea and wife Lauren of NY and Terri Rhea of Frederick, a great grandson Jared Rhea and a special niece Carole Arneson. She was preceded in death by a brother Mel Franklin.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday, June 24, from 9:30 am until time of service at 10:30 am.
