Mr. Baron Andre Williams, 53, peacefully departed this life on October 15, 2020. He was the foster son of the late William and Edith Luckett and is survived by foster brother James Luckett. He was preceded in death by William Luckett, Jr. and Drake Luckett. He was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and moved to Frederick after his third semester in college to assist his foster Dad. He attended Macklin High School, Washington, D.C.; University of Langston, Langston, Oklahoma; Howard University, and graduated from Frederick Community College with an Associate Degree in Criminal Law. He dealt with many obstacles toward getting his degree, but he never gave up. Baron worked for the Department of Energy, Washington, D.C. and Walmart, Frederick, Maryland. On both jobs, he was respected for his friendly personality and his excellent work ethics. He cherished being a member of Jackson Chapel United Methodist Church where he credits Pastor Rex Bowens and the love extended from his church family for saving his life. He sang on the Men’s Choir, participated in Men’s Bible Study, Church Chess Club and was a Mentor for students at South Frederick Elementary School. Baron was the care giver for his brother James, who he deeply loved. He was a huge Washington Football Team fan and rarely missed a game. Baron loved life and was a thoughtful, kind, giving person. He will be dearly missed by a host of family and friends. Services and interment will be private.
