Barbara Lee "Bobbie" Scott, 61, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family and loved ones.
Born on February 10, 1957, in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of late Samuel F. (Pete) Belcher and Alberta M. (Bertie) (Dodson) Belcher.
She was predeceased by her husband William Leander Scott and her brother, Samuel J. (Sammy) Belcher.
She was a "Mom" to everyone and was truly loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, William F. Scott and his loving girlfriend, Britney Webber; her sisters Wanda Burt, and Jeannye Hungerford Hannan and brother Claude Belcher and her aunts, Barbara J. Lamb and Hisle G. Beach. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins. She also leaves behind Colton Stone whom she loved as a grandson.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD.
A celebration of Bobbie's life journey will follow at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Stauffer Funeral Home
Interment will be at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens in Gettysburg, PA.
