Barbara Wiggs

Ms. Barbara Virginia Wiggs, 62, of Frederick, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at her residence.
Born on February 15, 1953 in Alexandria, VA she was the daughter of the late Wilbert K. and Mildred Etheridge Wiggs. Barbara was a resident of Community Living and attended Harmony Grove Center the Scott Key Center and United Cerebral Palsy Center . She enjoyed talking with friends and family, a good cup of coffee and a nice back rub.
Surviving are a brother, Glenn K. Wiggs and wife Nancy of Jefferson and Sharon Spicknall and husband Charles of Hagerstown; two nephews: Christopher Wiggs of Frederick and Justin Wiggs of Baltimore.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM on Tuesday, September 22, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick with services beginning at 2:00 PM with Rev. David Beeson officiating.
Interment will take place in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
