County, Virginia on June 5, 1924, she was the daughter
of the late Nelson

Josie Whitbeck.
She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church
,
Walkersville. She was a
seamstress for 18 years at Sagners Sewing Factory. Her most enjoyable moments were
those spent with her family and long time friends Leroy & Ellen Hildebrand of
Woodsboro.

Surviving in addition to her husband, she was the loving mother of the late Robert N.
Campbell, Jerry Campbell and wife Donna of Woodsboro and Tina Remsburg and
husband Michael of Frederick . She was the grandmother of Keith Campbell of Ellicott
City , Debra Smith of Frederick , Tim & Todd Campbell of Woodsboro, Tom Campbell of
Keymar, Stephanie Clark and Tiffany Remsburg of Frederick . She was the great
grandmother of 13 and great-great grandmother of one. She has one surviving sister ,
Rachel Hammond of Frederick . She was preceded in death by seven siblings, William
Whitbeck , Dolly Cecil, Nelson Whitbeck Jr., Geneva Toms, Lottie Jenkins, Marie
Santanoceta and Elizabeth Settle. She was blessed with many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Maryland, Monday, June 14, 2010 from 7 - 9:00 p.m., where services will be held Tuesday, June 15, at 11:00 a.m. with The Reverend Bion E. Cecil, the Reverend Wallace Lusk and the Reverend John Kenney officiating.Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens
