Annette {Netta} Marie Palmer
March 9, 1957 — December 19, 2009
Miss Annette Netta Marie Palmer, 52 of Frederick, MD passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2009, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
She was a companion for over 31 years to Kevin Eugene Allen. Netta was born March 9, 1957 to John Sidney Palmer and the late Margaret Ellen Palmer, and was also a devoted daughter to the late Elsie Jackson and Jug Howard.
Netta was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Ijamsville, Maryland. She retired as a cafeteria worker at Frederick High School under the Frederick County Board of Education. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and visiting with friends, as well as singing, dancing, and laughing.
In addition to her father, Netta leaves to mourn two children, Garfield Sampson, III of Frederick, and Nekevia Palmer of Frederick, two grandchildren, Gayon Sampson, and Demontrez Palmer, four brothers, Dwight Palmer and Sandra, Wayne Palmer, Cort Palmer and Sandra, and Anthony Palmer, a sister Wanda Palmer of Frederick, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She is also remembered by her devoted friends, Marslince Sister Morris, and Judy Holland.
Netta was preceded in death by her three brothers, Terry Lee Palmer, Cornell Palmer, and Barry Palmer.

Services: The Family will receive friends at First Missionary Baptist Church, 899 Swallowtail Drive, Frederick, MD, Saturday, December 26 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, followed by the homegoing celebration at 11:00 am with Pastor Sidney Morris officiating.
