Annabelle Bidinger

Annabelle VanSant Bidinger, 92, formerly of Frederick, MD, died Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Glade Valley Center in Walkersville.
Born May 27, 1923 in Mt. Airy, she was the daughter of the late Prentiss and Clara Brashear VanSant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis E. Bidinger, Sr., April 16, 2013.
She and her late husband, Francis, owned and operated Forget Me Not Florist in Frederick.
Annabelle and her late husband, Francis, were members of Calvary United Methodist Church in Frederick.
She is survived by son, Francis E. Bidinger Jr. and wife, Anne, of New Market; grandchildren, Cheri Everhart and husband, Robert, Marcie Rongione and husband, Greg, Jennifer Lyon and husband, Scott and Sara Miehleisen and husband, Erich; seven great-grandchildren, Brittanie, Zachary, Franchia, Isabella, Alaina, Kyle and Annalese; sister, Ruth Bennette of Woodbine, MD; and brothers, Allen VanSant of Catonsville, MD and Donald VanSant and wife, Anne, of Mt. Airy; and close friend, Alice DeStacy of Alexandria, VA.
She was preceded in death by brother, Hanford VanSant.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick with Rev. Harry C. Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
