Mrs. Anna Lea Weihrer, 90, of Frederick, MD passed away Monday, February 12, 2018 at Citizens Care & Rehab. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur Weihrer.
Born February 28, 1927 in Clarksburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe C. and Ruth (Waters) Allman.
Anna Lea received both her Bachelor of Science and Master's degree's from WVU in Mathematics. She was a longtime member of Weller United Methodist Church in Thurmont. Previously, residing in Thurmont, MD, Oxon Hill, MD and Indian Head, MD. she was always devoted to her family and her church.
She is survived by her daughter Carol Jo Weihrer of Washington, D.C.
The family will receive friends at Weller United Methodist Church, 101 Altamont Ave., Thurmont, MD 21788 on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 12-1PM where a service will begin at 1:00PM. Pastor Bob Kells will officiate.
Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
