Anna Mae Leggett , 92, of Boonsboro, Maryland, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 4:05 p.m. surrounded by the love of her family and staff of Greenfield Assisted Living in Hagerstown. She left this world with two tears and a smile. On the day of her passing the Lord blessed her and the family by sending two doves and a male cardinal (her favorite bird) that spent hours outside her window. She passed in peace and comfort listening to her favorite hymns. I'll Fly Away was playing as she met the Lord. In March of 1982, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Leggett.
