Anna Belle Clark, 90, of Hagerstown, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Julia Manor Health Care Center in Hagerstown.
Born on March 13, 1927, in Sharpsburg, she was the daughter of the late Fenton P. and Margie Martz Palmer. She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, Forest Dick and Robert Clark.
Anna Belle was a member of the Love Grows Here Lutheran Church in Hagerstown.
She is survived by daughters, Ellen Blake and husband, Harry and Doris Rager and husband, Joseph, all of Hagerstown; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Anna Belle was preceded in death by four sisters, Blanche Seaffor, Ruth Palmer, Mary Seacrest and Dorothy Hull; and five brothers, Floyd Palmer, Paul Palmer, Sam Palmer, Charles Palmer and Fred Palmer; one great-granddaughter and one nephew.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at the funeral home. Pastor William Divelbiss will officiate. Burial will be held at the Mountain View Cemetery in Sharpsburg.
