Anna Bywaters

Anna Catherine Bywaters, 89, of Hagerstown, Maryland passed from this life on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Brinton Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sykesville, Maryland.
Born on December 26, 1928 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Ira Moser and Mary Ellen (Green) Moser.
She attended Chewsville School and married her husband, Frank Edward Bywaters, Sr. in 1947. They were married for 71 years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Suzanne Louise Gilbert and her husband Dr. Thomas Gilbert, III, Frank Edward Bywaters, Jr. and his wife, Lenora and Stephanie Ann Bussard and her husband Michael; brother, Charles Moser; sister, Lenora McClanathan; grandchildren, James, Justin, Heather, Tara, Cole, Kyle Kara and Ryan. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 29, 2018 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro, Maryland.
A celebration of Anna's life journey will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Boonsboro Cemetery in Boonsboro, Maryland.
