Ann Veronica McIntosh, 65, of Hagerstown, passed from this life on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown.
Born on July 17, 1953 in Port of Spain, Trinidad to parents Fred and Agatha Selby. She moved to Brooklyn, NY at the age of 16 and lived there until 1993. During that time, she worked for the city government at New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) as a staff analyst. She later moved to Teaneck, NJ in search of a better life for her family. Upon retiring in 2010, Ann lived in Charlotte, NC for a few years before permanently relocating to Hagerstown, MD, where her light shined until her final day.
Ann leaves behind her 2 sons, Jeffrey Coa & Troy McIntosh, daughter-in-law Kisha Coa, son-in-law Michael Baptiste, grandchildren Jaiden, Jonathan, and J’Taime, 3 brothers - Wilfred, Leonard, and Norris, a sister - Wilma, and countless nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family will receive friends form 2 PM to 3 PM on Sunday June 30 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702 where a Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 PM.
