Alice Mahar

Mahar, Alice A., On Saturday May 26, 2012, Alice A. Mahar of Frederick died at her home.  She was  the Fiancé and best friend of Bill Hoffman of Frederick. Mother of Sean Schoonover of College Park.  Daughter of Vera Larkman Mahar of NY and the late Richard Mahar.  Sister of Michael and Patrick Mahar and the late Sean Mahar.  The family will receive friends on Thursday May 31, from 7-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00am on Friday June 1, at St. Joseph-On-Carrollton Manor Catholic Church, 5843 Manor Road, Frederick, MD. Interment will follow in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Frederick.
