Alice Cromwell

Alice M. Cromwell , 78, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Kline Hospice House in Mount Airy, MD

Born on May 31, 1938, in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late Samuel  and Bernice (Umberger) O'Bryan.
Alice was a proud homemaker and mother but also worked in several local nursing homes and assisted living facilities helping with senior activities

She loved being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, spending time outdoors in her flower garden and at the beach.

In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Cromwell Jr.; her significant other, of over 30 years, Ted Blank and her son-in-law, Bill Quynn

She is survived by her children, Gail Quynn of Frederick, her daughter, Jesi Chausky, husband Chad, and their daughters, Maddie and Cayla of Frederick; Sandy Foreback, her daughter, Lindsay Gardner, and Lindsay's daughter, Jayden of Waynesboro, PA ; and Terry Cromwell of Frederick, her daughter, Megan Hicks, husband Dereke, and their children, Juju & Jojo, and Terry's son, Seth Nikirk of Frederick; step-children,Chris Youngerman, husband, David of Keedysville, their sons, David Youngerman Jr. and his wife, Chelsea, and their sons, Colton & Blair of Keedysville; Joey Youngerman and his wife, Amber and their sons, Devin & Blake of Keedysville; and Connie Cline and husband Mike and their daughters, Taylor & Allison of Hagerstown.

A Celebration of life for both Alice and Ted will be held in June.
