Alfredo Borrero

Mr. Alfredo Borrero, 75, of Frederick, died on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at the College View Nursing Center. He is survived by his former wife Luz Borrero.
Born on September 10, 1932 in Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Thomas and Petra Borrero. Mr. Borrero was a member of St. Timothy's Catholic Church and also attended St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was an 8 year veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean War. Mr. Borrero spent most of his career as a electronics technician.
He is also survived by one daughter Rida B. Mitchell and husband Julian, two sons; Alfred Borrero, Rory Borrero and wife Lyn, three grandchildren; Robert, Amanda and Eric Borrero.
Services: services will be held on Friday, August 28th, at 2:00 p.m. at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Richard Murphy officiating.
