Ada Frances Smith

Miss Ada Frances Smith, 85 of Keymar, MD., died Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born January 23, 1925 in Walkersville, MD., she was the daughter of the late John and Avie Staley Smith.
Miss Smith was a member of St. Paul the Evangelist Lutheran Church in Walkersville. She was employed at K-Mart for many years. Part of her enjoyment in life was taking bus trips.
She is survived by a sister Grace Smith of Keymar and brothers Ray Smith and Ralph Smith and wife Catherine all of Walkersville, her sisters-in-law Georgia Smith, Hilda Smith and Doris Smith. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her brothers John, Paul, Albert, Ira and L. Staley Smith and her sisters Helen Clem, Mary Flanagan and Amy Smith.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 40 Fulton Avenue, Walkersville on Wednesday, February 10, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m
Services:
Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 11, at 1:00 p.m. With Rev. Mark L. Foucart officiating.
