Aaron Scott Harris, 36, of Williamsport, Maryland, passed away from complications of diabetes on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, PA. Born on December 20, 1983, in Frederick, MD, he was the son of Martha Elizabeth Harris Vanderhuff.
Aaron was a 2003 graduate of Williamsport High School. He was previously employed at Downsville General Store and at Western Sizzlin' Steakhouse.
He enjoyed WWE wrestling and beach trips with family. Aaron lived for the moment, and was always up for a spontaneous adventure.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Charles Roland Vanderhuff, III and his wife Rita; his maternal grandmother, Betty Harris; his girlfriend, Angelina Robinson; an aunt, Sandra Harris; a nephew, Matthew Vanderhuff; a niece Katie Vanderhuff; uncles Dave, Homer and Tom Harris and their families as well as a number of cousins and extended family members. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Homer Harris, as well as an aunt, Judy Mae Harris; an uncle, Larry Harris and a nephew, Nathan Vanderhuff.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 24 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 25 in the chapel of the funeral home. Betty King, Aaron's second cousin, will officiate. Interment will be at Rocky Hill Cemetery in Woodsboro.
