Robert Renn

Mr. Robert "Bob" E. Renn, 83 of Frederick, MD., passed away peacefully, Saturday, September 4, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the husband of Beattie Zimmerman Renn, his wife of more than 61 years.

Bob passion in life was dairy farming which he was able to do all of his life. He was a member of the Maryland - Virginia Milk Producers. He was a member of the Tuscarora Gun Club, the Thurmont Gun Club and was an avid trap shooter.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Robert E. Renn, Jr. and wife Mary Jo, John W. Renn and wife Kathy of Frederick, Roberta M. Renn of Walkersville, James H. Renn and wife Susan, Thomas M. Renn of Frederick and daughter-in-law Peggy Renn of Buckeystown, twelve grandchildren Wendy Conley and husband Greg, Martha Renn, Dennis Derry, Jake Renn and wife Rebecca, Rachel Fisher and husband Brian, Kate Williams and husband Norman, Jaclyn Renn, Elizabeth Renn, Beattie C. Renn, Steffanie Zimmerman, Nissa Freeman and Kay Masser, and seventeen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Richard C. Renn and a brother John Renn, III.

Services and interment will be private.
