Patrick Lynch

Patrick J. Lynch, 75, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Ballenger Creek Center in Frederick, MD

Born on December 25, 1942, in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Edward B. and Catherine Lynch.

He was the husband of Marie Elaine Lynch, his wife of 50 years.

Patrick graduated from Northwood High School. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for Giant Food and retired after 32 years of dedicated service.

He was a lifelong fan of the Washington Redskins and the Washington Nationals.  Patrick also enjoyed watching Survivor and taking family trips to Ocean City every year.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Colleen Stewart, Shannon Toms and husband Sean; son, James Lynch and wife Colleen. Loving grandfather of Joseph and

Elijah Stewart, Casey Smid and April Lynch; siblings, Robert, Kevin, Noreen and Kathleen.  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother, Brendan Lynch.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike Frederick, MD 21702 from 1:30-2:00 p.m. where a

Memorial celebration of Patrick's life journey will follow on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.   Rev. Tim May will officiate.  Interment will be private.
