Mrs. Linda L. Morris, 71 of Ijamsville passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at her home. She was the loving wife of George E. Morris, Jr.
Born March 13, 1942 in Uniontown, PA she was the daughter of the late Harold L and Mary Ann Provance.
Linda retired as a secretary from General Electric after 15 years. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts.
In addition to her husband George she is survived by her daughter, Terry Geisbert and husband Gerald of Falling Waters, WV, a stepdaughter, Jayne Logan of Lakeland, FL, two grandchildren, Steven Geisbert and wife Tiffany who are stationed with the Air Force in Sacramento, CA, Carrie Rankin and husband Robert III of Falling Waters, WV, two step grandchildren, Somer Lay and Autumn Whitson and a sister, Carol Ann Sharts and husband Truman of Berkeley Springs, WV.
She will also be remembered by her nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Friday, July 26, 2013 from 6-9:00pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, July 27th at 1:00 PM with Rev. Tim May officiating.
Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
