John "Jeff" Stewart

John "Jeff" Jeffrey Stewart, 64, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.  He was the beloved husband of Nancy Stewart for 32 years.

Born on June 1, 1957, in Ottawa, Canada, he was the son of John James and Rita Simone (Cloutier) Stewart.

Jeff was a 1976 graduate of Chantilly High School.  He proudly served in the US Air Force and worked as a fighter jet mechanic.  Jeff was also a limo driver, owned and operated Philadelphia Mikes and was the Facilities Manager for Balfour Beatty Communities.  He was a member of the American Legion, Post 11, and the Oriole's Nest 331.  In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family over a Baccarat cigar and a nice glass of whiskey, West Virginia University tailgates, a great happy hour, sharing countless laughs with friends at Daddy's Home Bar, spinning his large collection of vinyl, NFL football season, Capitals hockey, the Oriole's opening day, and holding hands with his wife Nancy.

In addition to his wife, Nancy, he is survived by his daughter, Emily Stewart and his siblings Tom Stewart, Jimmy Stewart and Patrick Stewart.

A celebration of Jeff's life journey will take place at a later date.
