Miss Faye A. Corum, 53 of Frederick, MD., died Saturday, October 31, 2009 at Northampton Manor.
Born June 4, 1956 in Frederick, MD., she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Garnetta Tice Corum.

Faye was employed for many years, in the dietary department, at Citizens Nursing Home until retiring because of illness. During her last 6 months, she had a better quality of life, thanks to the staff at Western Maryland Hospital Center where she previously resided for 13 months. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo spending time with her grandchildren and special great niece Kelsie. She attended the Salvation Army Church.

She is survived by a daughter Randa Lynn Corum, grandchildren Heaven Wachter, Knoa and Edwin Martinez. Brothers and sisters Barbara Riley and husband Frank of Myersville, Patsy Smith of Frederick, Linda Fowler and husband Johnny of Myersville, Ricky Corum and wife Chrissy and Duke Corum and companion Peggy Koogle all of Frederick, three nieces, four nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.

She will also be remembered by her special friends Tina Harris and Mary Richards.

She was preceded in death by two brothers Randy and Gene Corum and nephew Derek Riley.

Services: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Wednesday, November 4, from 5:00 p.m. Until service time at 7:00 p.m. Major Crystal Pruitt will officiate.
Interment private

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Western Maryland Hospital Center, 1500 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
