Christopher Lloyd "Chris" Peterson, 26 of Taneytown passed away on March 7, 2014 at his home.
Born on April 24, 1987 he was the son of Ray and Marty (Stringfellow) Peterson of Taneytown.
Chris is also survived by his Maternal Grandmother Dorothy (Lloyd) Stringfellow. His siblings Justin(Tina) Peterson, Mary Peterson and Helen Peterson. One niece Isabella Fink. Uncle Edward (Kathy) Peterson, Aunts Helen ( Peterson) Sims(Ray), Dotty Keith(Jack) and Mary Stringfellow. The love of his life Sarah Aurand. Also survived by numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents Florian and Theresa (Smutek) Peterson. Maternal Grandfather Raymond Stringfellow.
Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8pm on Wednesday March 12, 2014 at the Stauffer Funeral Homes P. A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Thursday March 13, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 44 Frederick Street, Taneytown, MD 21787. Interment will take place Lotort Cemetery, Carlisle, PA., on Friday at 12:00noon.
